About Us
Local Experts You Can Count On
We're a locally owned plumbing and handyman service built on honest work, fair prices, and showing up when we say we will.
Who We Are
Reno Carson Tahoe Rooter and Handyman Services was founded right here in northern Nevada by people who know this region — its older homes, its hard water, its clay and cast iron pipes, and the unique challenges that come with properties at elevation.
We started with drain rooting and camera inspection because those are the services homeowners need most and find hardest to get straight answers about. Over time we expanded into plumbing repairs and handyman work because our customers kept asking — and because we could do it right.
We're not a franchise. We're not a call center that dispatches strangers. When you call us, you're talking to the people who will actually show up at your door.
How We Work
Honest Estimates
We tell you what needs to be done and what it will cost before we start. No surprises, no upselling, no pressure.
We Show Up
We respect your time. When we say we'll be there, we'll be there — and we'll call if anything changes.
Clean Work
We treat your home like it's ours. We clean up after ourselves and leave the job site the way we found it.
Straight Talk
If you don't need a repair, we'll tell you. If there's a bigger problem, we'll explain it clearly so you can make an informed decision.
